. Mr. Rocca is the Chairman of the Company’s board of directors and our Chief Executive Officer. He is a grandson of Agostino Rocca. He is also the chairman of the board of directors of Ternium, a director and vice president of San Faustin, and a director of Techint Financial Corporation. He is a member of the executive committee of the World Steel Association. Mr. Rocca is an Italian citizen.
